She came from a business background with years of experience in sales, marketing, management and finance. She has been studying and practicing Law of Attraction for many years and is very passionate about the subject. Through seminars, workshops and 1-on-1 coaching, she has been helping people to get clear on their goals and desires, and to derive steps that can help them achieve their dreams.

Coming from a strong business background, Sylvia has wide experience working in manufacturing, legal, communications, data analysis, direct marketing and finance project management. Sylvia is a senior vice president of a small boutique business consultancy and has led several multimillion-dollar international investment projects and created highly effective project teams to manage the investment projects in fund raising, M&A and public listing.
With her personal development, Sylvia read numerous books and studied with many teachers. She is a Certified Law of Attraction Facilitator and Certified Psych-K Facilitator. Due to her interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she became a Certified Hand Diagnosis Practitioner, Certified Hand Therapist, and Certified Chinese Food Medicine Practitioner. In 2011, she co-founded LOA Centre Hong Kong, a training, consulting and coaching firm, and has been delivering dynamic seminars and high-involvement workshops to increase enterprise performance and to empower personal transformation.
Sylvia is an award-winning author, dynamic speaker, trainer, and presenter. She uses innovation and humor to deliver her messages and engages audiences with her energy and enthusiasm. She is an effective coach who can quickly assess her client’s needs and provide tools to resolve difficulties, enhance learning, and improve performance.
ylvia graduated summa cum laude from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction in Economics. She obtained a Master of International Communication degree from UNITEC Institute of Technology in New Zealand. Sylvia is a Dale Carnegie® Trainer in Hong Kong. She is fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and is experienced in conducting training, seminars and coaching in these languages.
Singing is Sylvia’s passion. She is an amateur singer who enjoys performing live. During her soul-searching journey, she has learnt the importance of balancing our Body, Mind and Soul. She practices meditation, mindfulness in everyday life, yoga and Zumba dance. She believes we can heal our bodies with positivity and happiness, sensible diet, natural remedies and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is the organizer of the Law of Attraction Meetup Group in Hong Kong.
